These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made from Mootion through mootion.store. They should be read together with our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Mandatory consumer rights under the law applicable to you always prevail over any inconsistent term below.

Products

The main characteristics, size options, price, and other material details of a product are shown on the product page before purchase. Minor variations do not excuse a material mismatch with the product description or a lack of conformity.

Price and Taxes

The price payable is the price shown at checkout, subject to correction of obvious errors where permitted by law. Taxes and shipping charges collected by us are displayed before purchase.

Payment

Payment must be authorized through an available payment method. Payment processing is carried out by Shopify and/or external payment providers.

Order Formation

After you submit an order, we will provide an electronic confirmation. We may decline an order for a legitimate reason such as unavailable stock, delivery restrictions, suspected fraud, payment failure, or an obvious listing or pricing error. If we decline a paid order, we will refund the payment due.

Fulfillment and Delivery

Orders are processed as described in our Shipping Policy and may be fulfilled by third-party logistics partners from international fulfillment centers. Where applicable law places risk on the seller until delivery, the risk of loss or damage remains with Mootion until the goods are physically received by you or a person you designate.

Cancellation, Withdrawal, and Returns

Our Refund & Return Policy explains how to cancel or return an order. In addition to our voluntary 30-day return policy, consumers may have mandatory cancellation and withdrawal rights, including EU/EEA and UK distance-selling rights.

Faulty or Non-Conforming Goods

If goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or materially not as advertised, contact us. You are entitled to the remedies required by applicable law. EU consumers generally benefit from a minimum two-year legal guarantee for consumer goods.

Promotions and Bundles

Promotional prices, automatic discounts, bundle discounts, or codes may have stated eligibility conditions. Unless clearly stated otherwise, refunds are based on the amount actually paid for the returned item after discounts, subject to mandatory law.

Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of Uruguay, but this does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections, remedies, or jurisdiction available under the law applicable in the consumer's country of residence.
