How do I make my Mootion run?
It takes about three seconds to learn.
- Hold your Mootion by the back of the head.
- Split the legs into a front-and-back lunge position.
- Relax your wrist and shake gently up and down. Only up and down.
- Slow shake to walk. Fast shake to run.
No batteries. No buttons. The weighted legs do all the work.
My Mootion arrived flat. Is it broken?
Not at all — that's how it travels. Every Mootion is vacuum-packed so it arrives clean and undamaged.
To fluff it up: shake it out, then run a hairdryer on warm (not hot) over the fur for about 30 seconds while brushing it with your fingers. It'll puff right back to full size. Give it a few hours to fully settle.
What sizes are available?
Two. The 45 cm (about 18") is our most popular — it sits perfectly on a desk or bed. The 60 cm (about 24") is the cuddle size, and the running motion is noticeably more dramatic because of the longer legs.
Which colour should I get?
Cream is the classic highland look. Brown is the most photogenic on camera. Pink is the one people gift. White goes with everything. There's no wrong answer, and plenty of people end up with two.
How long does shipping take?
Every order ships with tracking and you'll get the link by email as soon as it's on its way. Delivery times vary by destination — check the shipping details on the product page for the current estimate to your country.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
Import duties and taxes are set by your country's customs authority, not by us, and they can apply to international orders. If any are charged, they're the responsibility of the recipient. If you have a question about this before ordering, email us and we'll tell you exactly what to expect for your address.
Can I wash it?
Spot-clean with a damp cloth and mild soap for everyday marks. For a full clean, hand wash cold and air dry — don't tumble dry, it flattens the fur. Brush the fur out while it's drying to keep it fluffy.
Is it safe for kids?
Mootion is designed as a comfort and desk companion for teens and adults. As with any plush toy, we recommend supervision for children under 3 due to small parts.
What if I don't love it?
You've got 30 days. If your Mootion isn't what you hoped for, email us and we'll sort it out. We'd rather fix it than have you stuck with something you don't want.
