How do I make my Mootion run?

It takes about three seconds to learn. Hold your Mootion by the back of the head. Split the legs into a front-and-back lunge position. Relax your wrist and shake gently up and down. Only up and down. Slow shake to walk. Fast shake to run. No batteries. No buttons. The weighted legs do all the work.

My Mootion arrived flat. Is it broken?

Not at all - that's how it travels. Every Mootion is vacuum-packed so it arrives clean and undamaged. To fluff it up: shake it out, then run a hairdryer on warm (not hot) over the fur for about 30 seconds while brushing it with your fingers. It'll puff right back to full size.

What sizes are available?

Two. The 45 cm (about 18 inches) is our most popular - it sits perfectly on a desk or bed. The 60 cm (about 24 inches) is the cuddle size, and the running motion is noticeably more dramatic because of the longer legs.

Which colour should I get?

Cream is the classic highland look. Brown is the most photogenic on camera. Pink is the one people gift. White goes with everything. There's no wrong answer, and plenty of people end up with two.
