These Terms of Service govern your use of mootion.store and the services offered through the store. The store is operated under the trading name Mootion.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer protection rights.

Eligibility and Use
You may use the store only for lawful purposes. To place an order, you must have the legal capacity to enter into the transaction in your jurisdiction or any required permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Products
We aim to describe and display products accurately. Minor differences in color, texture, shape, or measurements may occur because of screens, photography, manufacturing, packing, or soft materials. This does not limit your rights if a product is materially different from what was advertised or lacks conformity under applicable law.
Prices, Taxes, and Promotions
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the store or checkout. Applicable taxes and shipping charges that we collect are displayed before purchase. Promotions and bundle discounts can be subject to stated conditions.
Orders
We may reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as payment failure, suspected fraud, obvious pricing or listing error, unavailable stock, delivery restrictions, or inability to fulfill the order lawfully. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount due.
Payments
Payments are processed through Shopify and/or third-party payment providers. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Fulfillment and Shipping
We use third-party fulfillment and logistics providers and orders may ship from international fulfillment centers. Our Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms.
Returns and Refunds
Our Refund & Return Policy forms part of these Terms and explains our 30-day commercial policy and applicable statutory rights. Where mandatory consumer law provides stronger rights, that law prevails.
Intellectual Property
The Mootion name, original store text, graphics, logos, and other content owned by us are protected by applicable law. Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-Party Services
The store can rely on third parties including Shopify, payment processors, fulfillment providers, carriers, analytics services, and social platforms. We remain responsible for our obligations as seller, while third parties may separately govern their own services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer remedies. Where limitation is lawful, neither party will be liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Uruguay, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections or courts available under the law of their country of residence.
Changes
We may update these Terms prospectively. The version in effect when you place an order will generally govern that order, except where a change is required by law or you expressly agree otherwise.
